What do I have to do if I can't log in to my account?
To successfully login into your account, please make sure that the user and password you are using are correct. If you are entering the correct number but still unable to log in, please use the option to reset your password. To reset your password:
- When logging into the website, click on the 'Forgot Password?' button below the 'Password' field;
- Enter your email or phone number provided during registration;
- You will receive a temporary password via email or text message;
- Upon initial login, change the temporary password to a permanent one, as it can only be used once.
