You can cancel the order on our website within a maximum of 3 minutes if it has not yet been sent for processing.

The possibility of canceling the order is tied to the process of sending it for packaging, so it may happen that it cannot be canceled after 2 minutes.

The order can be canceled immediately after it has been sent, or in the section Order - Overview of invoices - click on the order you want and then on the 3 dots in the upper right corner. You select the Cancel order option and Confirm.
