Who do I need to contact if my parcels were delivered damaged?

In case the parcel you received is damaged, you need to file a claim from your account. From your personal account on the site or in our Oriflame App, navigate to the section Orders - Claims - Filing a ClaimPlease select the invoice you are interested in or enter its number. Then please select the product to which the claim applies.

Fill in all the fields and save the claim.

You can check the status of the claim on the website in the Claims History section, and you will also receive a status notification via email if your email address is saved in your personal profile.
