How can I track my order?
1. You can check the status of your order in your profile under Your Orders > Order History, selecting the specific order. Here you can see which stage of delivery your order is at, for example, whether it has been dispatched from the warehouse, handed over to the courier company, etc.
2. By clicking on the order number assigned by the courier company, you can view the status of your order.
3. You will find notifications in the top right corner of our homepage/application. After placing your order, you will be notified there about the subsequent stages of delivery.
