My parcel arrived damaged – what should I do?

To help improve the delivery process and reduce the number of damaged parcels, we kindly ask you to do the following:

If you notice that your parcel appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please report it to the courier immediately and ask them to record the damage. However, this does not replace the official complaint – in case the products inside are damaged, you must submit a claim via our website and include a photo of the damaged items.
