What are the reasons I can fill a claim?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know, and we will help resolve the situation. In such a case, you can file a claim if:

Claims regarding the quantity of products:

  • Errors in order fulfillment (extra products, insufficient products in the order)
  • Incorrect product in the parcel (received another product)
