Can I send you a photo of my damaged product?

In your personal account on the site or in our Oriflame App, navigate to the section Orders - Claims - Filing a Claim. Please select the invoice you are interested in or enter its number. Then please select the product to which the claim applies.

Fill in all the fields and save the claim.

You can check the status of the claim on the website in the Claims History section, and you will also receive a status notification via email if your email address is saved in your personal profile. For damaged products please upload photos and we will contact you and let you know if you need to send the damaged product back or not.
