Unique complex of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids: 
 
Biotin (vitamin B7) plays a critical role in the formation of keratin – important for the health and vitality of skin, hair and nails (Patel et al., 2017). 
 
Vitamin C is an important vitamin for beauty – contributing to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, plus increases iron absorption (EFSA, 2009). 
 
Iron is involved in collagen synthesis and helps protect skin cells against oxidative stress. Low iron stores cause visual symptoms like skin pallor, predisposition for skin infections, fragile nails and brittle hair (Wright et al., 2014). 
 
Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. An essential mineral with antioxidant properties, it helps protect cells from oxidative stress, supports skin health and helps protect against skin ageing (Michalak et al., 2021). 
 
Zinc is involved in protein synthesis and is known for its wound healing properties (EFSA, 2010) – making it an essential mineral that plays an important role in the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. 
 
L-cysteine &amp; L-lysine are the supplemental form of amino acids cysteine and lysine, which play a vital role in the production of the proteins needed for healthy skin, hair and nails (Hosking et al., 2019).
