Rosehip

Rosehip

Rosa canina

Scarlet-coloured and shiny, rose hips are deliciously acidic fruits, full of vitamin C and nutritional benefits. We Swedes like it cooked in a traditional fruit soup called "nyponsoppa", often consumed as a hot drink after a walk in the snow or very cold as part of a delicious dessert. In beauty, rosehip oil is particularly appreciated for its high content of fatty acids, which give it incredibly nutritious properties.
